Cobb Salad

  • Serves 4-6

Ingredients

  • 2-3 heads washed dried lettuce (Romaine, etc.)
  • ½ cup preferred Vinaigrette
  • 1 medium tomato finely chopped
  • 8 oz turkey, finely chopped
  • 3 oz crumbled blue or feta cheese
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 6 pieces cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 4 chopped scallions

Directions

  1. Place greens in a nonreactive serving bowl and drizzle with vinaigrette. Toss to coat, and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper
  2. Arrange remaining ingredients decoratively over top of greens, season with freshly ground black pepper, and serve

Carved Rounds

  • Prep Time 15 minutes
  • Total Time 1 hr 45 minutes
  • Serves 8

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs yeast
  • 1 cup warm H20
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5-6 cups flour

Directions

  1. Mix yeast with warm H20 in large bowl
  2. Add salt and flour, knead 15 minutes, cover and let rise 45 minutes
  3. Cut into desired shape, wet and using knife, mark top with any design
  4. Bake 350 for 60 minutes
